Compatibility

How do I know the correct fly screen size for my van?

We made finding the correct size for your van easy!
Because the automotive industry is so vast, we made our products universally-sized and made to fit most vans.
If your van model is not listed on our Compatibility Page, simply measure the door opening and compare it with our existing sizes. If the door opening is smaller than the flyscreen, it will fit and function perfectly! Select the size closest to your van door opening.

Sizes available are (h x w):

  1. Side door small: 59" x 43" inches
  2. Rear door small: 61" x 59" inches
  3. Side door standard: 71" x 59" inches
  4. Rear door standard: 65" x 65" inches
  5. Side door large: 83" x 59" inches
  6. Rear door large: 83" x 59" inches
  7. Rear door x-large: 79" x 67" inches

The flyscreen is too long for my vehicle. What do I do?

Please be advised that we have designed our flyscreens to be universally designed and fit most vans. We have built our screens to be long enough to fit even the largest vans on the market, so there may be extra material on the bottom for shorter vans.
There are several options you may consider if the screen is too long:

  • Some of our clients have trimmed it to fit the desired height. It is quite simple and most clothing alteration shops can easily do it for you. 
  • Another option is to install your flyscreen from the roof and have it hanging at the desired height.
  • You may also tuck the extra length on the bottom of the door.

Are the window covers compatible with my van?

At this time, we offer window covers compatible with the following brands and models:

  • Mercedes Sprinter (2007 to current model)
  • VW Crafter (2006 to current model)
  • Toyota Hiace (2004 to current model)
  • VW Crafter (2017 to current model)
  • Renault Master (2011 to current model)
  • VW Transporter (2003 to current model)
  • LDV Deliver 9 (2020 to current model)
  • Fiat Ducato (2014 to current model)
  • Ford Transit (2015 to current model)
  • RAM Promaster (2014 to current model)

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Please note that it takes our warehouse team 1-3 business days to fulfil your order. Once your order is shipped, your order will take approximately 1-2 business days to get delivered if you select express postage, and approximately 3-5 business days if you select standard postage. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping cost depends on the number of items in your order and whether you choose standard or express postage. For more information, please head over to our Shipping Page.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed and dispatched through our automated shipping system, and these orders are dispatched from different locations in the US.

I changed my mind. Can I return the product?

We can only accept a change of mind within 30 days after the item was delivered. Please contact us via our Contact Us page  and send photos or videos of the condition of the product received. Please explain as well why you like to return the product.

For Change of Mind, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it is in good condition, we will process your partial refund of the total order amount minus the initial postage and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount, as stated in our Refund Policy.

I ordered the wrong size/wrong item. Can I exchange it for the correct size/correct item?

We happily offer exchanges on flyscreens/window covers in their original condition. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to get more information on how to start an exchange.

How do I install your products?

Can I keep the flyscreen up with the doors closed?

Yes, you absolutely can! Just ensure the flyscreen is not covering any door hinges, hooks, or sliding door rails before closing the van doors. For more detail, watch this video.

Can I leave the window covers in place?

Yes, you can leave your window covers in place! Our window covers are designed to stand direct sunlight for very long periods. In addition to that, the black fabric is UV50+ and there are 2 layers of reflective aluminum inside of the covers so it won't deteriorate.

Why are the window covers black on the outside and silver on the inside?

The black side is on the outside because our window covers are designed for stealth camping. They fit snugly against your windows and block out 100% of the light, thereby ensuring complete privacy inside your van.

Also, even if the black side (or any other colour for that matter) is on the outside, our window covers have five (5) layers of materials which also include double aluminum layers. Our window covers will keep your van cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

At this time, we do not make custom fit screens. But rest assured, our fly screens are universally sized and fit nearly all vans.

Can you make custom window covers for my van?

Our window covers are made to fit specific van models. They cannot be altered as we do not make them by order.
